Very fast process, casual interview style. Screen call plus two in person interviews but not follow up at the end. Would have appreciated to be informed at the end. There was a constract between the initial phase and the end of the process.

It was with recruiter first. Second round was with hiring manager. Questions were not hard for the job level. But I think they want junior managers for the role. After the second round hr got silient.

Comprised of a written logical test and english skills revision.
After that, several interviews with different stakeholders (mostly colleagues from the department) to ensure candidate skillset and cultural fit. Whole process was very fast, efficient and quite transparent.
