After filled in the Online Application, got invited to the online assesment center. Passing that, received a video Interview invitation. Almost entirely behavioral, motivational and commercial awareness questions, no technical queations were asked.
phone interview. asked questions about why i did not to choose to pursue a finance major and usual trends, why BNP Paribas, what challenges and other expected teamwork/personality questions. It wasn't too long and maybe a bit awkward over phone.

Smoothly run, less intense than expected, fast-paced questions. It was about 15 minutes, with the interview simply checking my information was correct then asking 7 questions one after the other, and transcribing what i had said.
