Had the regular HR interview asking for my motivations, explaining the job etc. I was asked to come at their office 2 weeks later and met with 3 employees in a row. The interviews took 2 hours in total and consisted mainly in explaining what the job would be. Had a couple of questions regarding past experiences. Got an offer a month after the interviews.

just one stage interview. really a conversation, a few questions about sql, about data, few competency based. nothing weird, standard questions, not really much to prepare beforehand. pretty easy interview
the panel is very supportive and comfortable experience was there. they were guiding all through the process. company policy also good. the role is well aligned with job description. and no requirements of any tech background.
