first round was all technicals + brain teaser. The superday was 3 interviews. Mostly senior staff. I had one with a VP, one with a D and another with an MD. The superday was mostly behavioral (classic questions mostly). Know your resume.

I'll just write all the topics here so I don;t have to fill out a million of these. There were questions on accounting, valuation, EV and EQ stuff, LBO and mostly classic finance techs. There were situational behavioral questions as well as classic ones.
