BNP Paribas Senior BA/PM interview questions

1. Unique in many ways - was interviewed at Head of IT desk and no empathy to focus on interview. 2. Interviewer dint even go through the Cv nor circulated to the other interviewer. 3. No proper introduction of the interviewers or the role or the institution/department. 4. Was not listening(and working) to what I explained and asked questions which covered in previous answer/s. 5. Basically interviewer was NOT focussed. 6. Was asked to use his whiteboard and explain end to end flow of system of previous project. 7. A bit of argumentative- questioning why X was used and NOT Y etc… phrases like ‘it doesn’t make sense…’ 8. Overall interviewer seems to be biased based on his perception- for eg, when explained about a regulatory project - he could learn, instead his expression- what was that regulation- never heard of it- not sure if it was done in BNP and who did it(i even know the person who ran it for BNP.)
