Interview Questions are average related to core java concepts
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at BNP Paribas (Chennai) in Aug 2021
Interview
1. They got my profile from some site, contacted me for expected package details.Until this stage the recruiter were so friendly and good and responsive (As expected)
2. Then he triggered a test which is in hackerrank, which had 2 coding questions and a sql query. I solved everything and was quiet confident that I would clear it.
The test lasted 2 hours. After this there is no response /call from recruiter. I called him multiple times just to hear he is busy all the times and he marked my number and stopped answering altogether. I suspected he is not taking the call just because of my number and called from another number, which he immediately picked up, when I told my name and asked for test results he said he didn’t know it until now (Really !!!). god only knows how people can be so unprofessional at all levels. I will never ever recommend this company to anybody else. Please respect if somebody takes 2 hours of time to complete your test and simple 'YES' or 'NO' or 'CURRENTLY HOLD' from your mouth will not make you a beggar , literally these are the same people who whine in all over Linkedln stating people are JOB SHOPPING, funny is the same recruiter shared a story of how a candidate ghosted after salary discussion, If it for the company then it is blood, if for us it is tomato chutney. Really really unprofessional and surely not recommended
One telephonic round.
Then technical f2f round followed by managerial round.
The last was hr round to discuss package and joining date. The process was quite standard process many companies are following.
