The interview process was a breeze! I had to attend a hiring event where they tell all about the company and what is expected. After that you have a 15 minute interview to impress the H.R. people and then they let you know via e-mail in a few days.

A woman with no experience actually on the railroad read from a script and recorded my answers. I believe she was wearing a t-shirt. I'm still not sure if I was even interviewing with her or who looked at the recorded answers. It was one of the most awkward, unprofessional interviews I've had in my life.
