My interview was on zoom and pretty straightforward. They ask what your previous job duties were and ask a lot of safety questions. One question they asked was if there was ever a time in your previous job that you didn't follow a safety rule and why.

A woman with no experience actually on the railroad read from a script and recorded my answers. I believe she was wearing a t-shirt. I'm still not sure if I was even interviewing with her or who looked at the recorded answers. It was one of the most awkward, unprofessional interviews I've had in my life.
