Interview
Very slow recruitment process, serveral months between applying and receiving interview date and any kind of communication. Interviewers were nice and made you feel relaxed and comfortable but the interview was very unstructured. Had to wait quite some time due to interviewers being late. They were also quite slow with communication afterwards and I had to chase them.
Good experience , the interview was tough and too technical . Multiple rounds were conducted. Overall it was seamless and worth it. BNY MELLON has a great history to talk on.
15-minute screening and then 2 30-minute full interviews. Felt conversational and asked standard bevavioral questions, such as "tell me about a time when you've led a project" etc.
I did not have to take any technical screenings as I was interviewing for the People Team.
