The interview process was very laid back; easy going, professional and friendly and was my far one of my easiest interviews ever. My future Boss/Manager and I hit it off very well as he had graduated from the same high school as me. I got the answer the same day from my Staffing Agency that BNY Mellon wanted to hire me and I gladly accepted their offer!

My interviewer asked me a series of questions and some where if I knew what the job details and job duties where. He also asked me what I knew about BNY Mellon and he was simply amazed that I knew who the CEO: Mr. Gerald Hassell and his job history of 40 years with BNY Mellon and that was impressed that I have been on many companies' websites who have million and billion dollars in assets but I have never had the privilege of being on website BNY Mellon who have trillion dollars in assets.
Met with two people, manager and one team member. had a pleasant conversation, answered questions about my background. i received a job offer the same day. very easy going interview.
