Interview
Met with one woman who was very friendly and conversational, only going into "getting to know you" type things. After that I met with a panel of 3 people who asked a series of situational questions/ what I knew about the company, and one of the three was a lot more serious than the others; he asked more technical financial questions. The whole process was only a little more than an hour and there was nothing too surprising.

What kind of financial vehicles are you familiar with?
It was easy and straight forward. Learned about the rule and responsibility. Made it a mix of qualifying questions and relaxed conversation. Met with four different individuals during the process and all were very similar. All seemed engaged and wanted to hire good talent
