I applied through college or university. I interviewed at BNY in Apr 2014
Interview
Met with recruiter and manger at a career fair. Was called to a couple of interviews back-to-back with multiple managers. Received a call from the recruiter a couple of days later. After contacting my university career center, I accepted the internship offer.
It was easy and straight forward. Learned about the rule and responsibility. Made it a mix of qualifying questions and relaxed conversation. Met with four different individuals during the process and all were very similar. All seemed engaged and wanted to hire good talent
you had to apply, then you had to have a Skype interview, and then they called to review and tell you if you were hired or not. I'm only filling this out to get research for a project.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BNY (New York, NY) in May 2015
Interview
the interview was easy and relaxed. I met with three people in person, one (HR) on the phone and then an additional one on one on the phone before receiving an offer. I got the feeling that the last interview was just a formality and they had already made their decision.
