To talk about the relevant work in depth. I.e whether I did research on the products they work with.
It was an initial phone screening with HR, then a 30-45 min interview with my manager and 2 CSMs. Overall easy process with basic interview questions. Then 1 more convo with hr regarding offer and salary
It was an easy process and good experience, very relevant and straight forward process. The position was offered within 2 weeks of interview process. The salary expectations where not met however.

Horrible communication and follow up from recruiting. Zero care and concern with regards for the organization professionalism. I’m sure that BNY would not the treatment which has been horrible. Sadly the message goes unread by Management at BNY.
