Interview process was drawn out over a few weeks due to interviewers being in various locations and having busy schedules. Most of the interviews were by phone for the same reason, though a couple of them were on site because I was local to the interviewers. It was not a problem, just different than contiguous, on-site interviews in one shot. It had the feeling of a gated process -- a good interview with one person led to interviews with the next one or two people. Not having all the interviews lined up on the same day and having some of them toward the end of the day allowed us to have longer and more in-depth conversations, which was beneficial to me. I was impressed by the quality of all of the interviewers, as well as the attention and communication from the recruiter.
