Interview
Phone interview by the hiring manager for the position of Associate. The interview process involves answering basic questions. Like strength and weaknesses. How do you handle difficult situations. What is the difference between hard work and smart work? How do you feel about working nights and weekends?
Easy interview, behavioral questions only and only one interview. Panel interview. Laid back. No technical questions. Only 30 minutes and received a call from HR a week later that I was offered the job.
The first round is an introductory phone call with a recruiter where you talk about your qualifications and background. The second round, you talk with two managers and they ask you mostly behavioral and scenario-specific questions.
Was relatively laid back, questions were purely behavioral. Tell me about a time, walk me through your resume, etc... Had one phone call screen and then a zoom call "super day."
