I was interviewed once for this job. The hiring manager was energetic and very nice. Overall laid back. My interview seemed to be based on (given I had the qualifications) how likeable I was in a team atmosphere. We got along very well despite having no business or finance background. Once hired, it's been kind of slow with getting approvals for soft wares and apps.
