I walked in for the interview and the below mentioned rounds were taken in the span of two days. The offer, however, arrived two months after my final round with the onshore manager.
1 - HR Round : Basic questions and summer internship project.
2 - Round with Team Lead : Financial Markets related questions with more focus on derivatives and its types, share market, life cycle of a trade, custodian, depository.
3 - Round with Team Manager : Personal, personality and skills.
4 - Telephonic Round with Onshore Manager : How a company works, Basic financial and portfolio compliance related questions (not complicated).

easy going inteview with relevant questions as per experience - all questions were asked in relation to the job specification. Straight foward questions were asked, a review of my CV and what I could do to assist with this role

It was very thorough and they provided alot of information about the job upfront even an rough estimate of the salary. They answered all of the question I had. The recruiter reached out after the interview about next steps and then offered the position.

I was first contacted by a recruiter and asked about my salary expectations. I had two phone interviews then an onsite interview. About a week following the onsite interview, I was contacted by the recruiter with an offer that I accepted. The process was more lengthy due to the hiring manager being located in NY.
