I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BNY (Pittsburgh, PA) in May 2013
Interview
The interview was a fairly straight forward. The questions they asked were nothing out of the ordinary. They ask you standard interview questions. Typically you meet with one of the hiring managers then you meet with HR. The interview process itself was done all in one day.
2 interviews, star format, it was about previous experience and how much you know about the company and how your experience is transferable. IT was not technical at all but more about the softwares I have used
The first interview was a technical interview and was told the second interview was for introduction, however it was another technical interview. Also questions about how many countries they are located in.
