I had one interview for a position to run a team. As soon as I hung up, I emailed the recruiters and told them to withdrawal my application. One interview with the deciding manager who couldn't have been any more unimpressive. I come from the Fortune 100 and expect quality. I know incompetence when I see it. I found out that the previous person in this position quit after just NINE days.
