The interview process was fairly easy and there were not too many surprises. The interview was very much situational/behavioral in nature and not many questions were asked in terms of job specific skills.

I applied online and had 2 Zoom interviews back-to-back, about 40 mins long each. It was all behavioral questions and I first had a call with the recruited before the actual interview and he told me what type of questions to prepare for.

They asked me to teach them something (anything) step by step. They said an example was someone who taught them how to ride a bike. They want to gauge your attention to detail.
The on-campus offline internship drive was well-organized and smooth from start to finish. The process, from registration to interviews, was efficient. Recruiters were approachable and provided clear guidance, answering any questions along the way. The interviewers were professional and friendly.

phone interview and then video interview with two managers. Asked questions such as describe a challenge overcome in the past, what’s a CLO, stock and bond. How would I manage conflict in a team and Excel formulas.
