Interview
The first round interview was all behavioral questions. The interviewer is really trying to get to know you as a person and why you are a good for wealth management. Next round is a super-day which is 2 back-to-back 30 minute interviews that are all behavioral. Very smooth and nice process.

Everyone was super nice. The interview contained 2 back to back rounds, and they were all behavioral. They seemed to want to know about my background and interest in the field.
One phone screening round, two zoom interviews with advisors at random locations, Smooth and conversational topics. Want to know about you and your story. Overall, enjoyable process that gave me a good impression.
Highly behavioral and conversational, with minimal technical questions. Mostly pertained to interest in the firm and the role. Two thirty minute virtual calls with wealth managers that were more conversational as opposed to Q and A style.
