Terrible interview experience. I had an initial call with a recruiter which was pretty normal in the industry. Recruiter set me up with 2 partner interviews. The day came for me to interview with the partners, both of then forgot about the interview. I had to call the office to ask what happened. 1 partner jumped on the interview, while the other was trying to reschedule. Very disorganized; we scheduled 1 hour of interviews and only actually did 22 minutes of interviews. They say hiring is a priority, but partners are missing interviews so…is it really a priority.
