The CEO used the interview process to get free consulting. I guess they didn't have the necessary immunology expertise or grant writing skill in house. He wanted a product line and Grant proposal outlined for him. After I generously provided this, he did not offer the job. I was over qualified for the job but it was not very ethical to use the interview process to get free consulting work done. It sets a bad image of the company.
