Applied on their website. 3 weeks later I received an email asking me to do a coding assessment. I spent 3 days preparing a very thorough project. They replied 4 days later saying that they didn't think I was a good fit. Given that my coding project was very strong, their opinion could only have been formed from my resume, which apparently they didn't look at before asking me to complete the coding assessment.
