I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at BRG in Nov 2019
Interview
Hunt Valley (Baltimore) office - had a 30 minute phone interview and then was invited for a interview at their office shortly after. Had 3 interviews for 2.5 hours and the questions were very fair. Was told I would hear back shortly after as they needed to quickly make a decision. Sent a thank you/follow up email the day of the interview. Sent another email about a month after asking for any sort of update. Was never given any response even though the person i emailed i had emailed back and forth multiple times leading up to both interviews. Maybe mine was a special case of a lack of professionalism, but I would look elsewhere unless youre okay with going through the whole hiring process without ever getting a response even if it is a rejection.
Initial behavioral interview with 2 staff (virtual), followed by in-person technical and behavioral interviews. Second round of interviews included excel exercise and verbal technical questions relevant to the practice area i was interviewing for.

Met with all team members, it was nice meeting the team in the interview and being able to see how I would fit in with the team. Very conversational, and low pressure.
