phone interview, approx 20minutes, when we started asking about 50/50 hybrid model which was mentioned in the job ad, recruiter said that she expects me to work mostly from the office, which was not adressed in the job ad

The recruiters looked at me disparagingly, so this was a major factor for me not to want to work there. Also the environment was cold and distant. Not nice for an interview
