Interview
Online questions was the first step. About 10 questions, choosing answers a/b/c/d/e etc. I failed at this point by answering questions in a cautious way eg I would check with my line manager first etc rather than throwing caution to the wind and take on tasks when I already had a long list of responsibilities to get done. Looks like the correct answers they were wanting were "nevermind workload, go for it regardless".

Question 1
I wish I had taken screen shots as I can't remember but around 10 psychometric type questions. Just coming out of school and used to giving respect and guidance from my teachers, I clearly had the wrong "responsible" attitude.
