Someone mailed asking for a convenient time to setup a phone interview. Had half an hour phone interview. Interviewer said he will get back. I did not even get a decline mail! Unprofessional!

How did you handle the situation of getting buy-in for your project?
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at BT Group (London, England) in Mar 2010
Interview
Interview process started with initial phone interview which was more of a check on Why BT and Why this Leadership program motivation. It was only for 15 mins and was done by HR manager. Main interview was a 1:1 interview which included 1 Case Interview and 1 Personal fit interview. Case Interview was on a generic consulting type of case, not related to telecom industry. This lasted for 45 mins and included the case and questions on CV based experience. Personal fit interview was with HR manager or Program head with heavy emphasis on CV and key achievements and challenges faced. Be prepared to go indepth into your experience as you need to talk for 15-20 mins on one experience.
