The interview process was very straight forward. After completing the online forms etc., I was invited to complete a video interview. The interview had 12-15 questions and you had a few seconds to prepare each answer. I was later invited to the assessment centre. It was well organised and a calm environment. The day consisted of a one-to-one interview with HR, a group challenge, a one-to-one exercise with HR where you had to describe how you would proceed in the given situation and a presentation, that we were asked to prepare beforehand. We were around 8 people attending from all sorts of backgrounds. Make sure you are familiar with BT's values, recent news and competitors. Overall, I had a nice experience at the Assessment Centre, and left with a good feeling, although I did not receive any offer. They provide all the participants with feedback after the assessment centre, which is nice. Although the feedback is very standardised and I feel some of it was inconsistent with what I had said/done during the day.
