I had an interview with two team members from the Brand & Social team back in March, which I felt went really well. They said they would get back to me in 1-2 weeks. This didn't happen and I had to chase the HR advisor twice in order to hear back. He responded back & apologised for the delay and said I would hear back in the next week – this also didn't happen! I then directly reached out to the two team members for an update and I didn't receive a response. To this day (nearly 2 months later!), I haven't heard back from the people who interviewed me, but I see them posting on LinkedIn or the HR advisor. Completely unacceptable because they could've just sent over an automated rejection to at least let me know, but they couldn't be bothered! Wouldn't recommend interviewing or applying for a role in the Brand & Social team at BT at all!
