BT use a recruit firm to deal with the interview process which quite frankly is the worst company I've dealt with. They scheduled my interview for one day and the next day would reschedule it. It happened four times! When the day finally come for the video interview the interviewer didn't even turn up on Skype. I had to email them asking what happened and they just said it was a mistake on their part! In the end I was interviewed.
