Online application, followed by online test and phone interview, finally finished with easy group interview, followed by brief 121 interview only lasted about 10 minutes. I called back for phone interview 5 times and never received a callback and had to resubmit my application. Following this all paperwork was brought to the interview as requested, but this was lost and I had to go in again to give it to HR. Not the best start to a new job.
