Simple online questionaire, basic application questions, this then gets reviewed and there was 3 stages after this, Skype Interview, online code test and assesment centre however I did not make it past the interview stage. I was told to do as much research into bt as possible but they only asked one thing about bt. The interview was a strength based interview and I imagine will be a simple interview for people who have had interviews with questions about teamwork passion etc which I found quite challenging as it was the dirst time I came across these questions. The interview was very fast paced and had no follow up questions. As soon as you answer they move onto the next question. No technical questions were answered but is advised that your answers contain some sort of technical element relating to the role you applied for. Interviewer was very friendly which helps with nerves.
