In first step you have to fill online application, where you have to upload your resume (CV, cover letter), give details about work experience, education etc. and give answers to questions such as why BT, why this position. Next stage is Situational Strengths Test which takes around 20 - 25 min to complete. If successful you will be invited to Skype interview and I was rejected at this stage. I've been told that the next stage would be programming challenge which you will have 7 days to complete and on site assessment. The whole process looks logic and fair, what I really don't like is the feedback I receive when I was rejected - I mean no feedback. I spend several hours to make my CV and cover letter, to prepare for interview and learn about company, to fill application form and talk to interviewer. I think I could expect more personal feedback than "we reject you because you are not good enough or we fill already our needs". Disappointed.
