My interview process for the Product Manager role at BT was structured yet conversational. Throughout the process, the interviewers emphasized BT’s focus on digital transformation, innovation, and customer-first mindset. The final round was a cultural fit interview with a senior director, mainly assessing leadership style, adaptability, and long-term career aspirations. Overall, the process was smooth, transparent, and gave me a good sense of BT’s collaborative and evolving work culture
