The process that I was approved occurs via internal process of recruitment (intranet) and, the manager that hold thi head count position make four interviews in three different languages (english, portugues, spanish) and applied skill tests around of behaviour in high level incidents, pressure for meet targets, management time and conducing call with 3rd parties. As weel, I attended meeting with high level engineer of security for tests basic, intermediate and advanced knowledge about network and security IT concerns.
