I applied through BT website, then received a phone call (invitation to interview). During the call I've been informed, that the interview will be 1 hour 30 min long, and it will contain an Excel test. The interview had 2 parts: 1. Personal interview with 2 recruiters: (1 hour) 2. Excel test (Advanced Level- Pivot tables, Vlookup- you could use the Internet, if you wish to): 30 min Both recruiters were open, friendly, and professional. They were employers of BT. The test took place at the workplace, I could see the current employers and experience the atmosphere (positive, dynamic). They were mostly young people (less than 30 years old).
