Applied through BT's application system online, don't think there were questions to answer. This was then followed by a Situational judgement test. Once successful I was invited to an on-demand Video Interview. The next stage was the final stage, an assessment centre based in Hatfield everyone at the assessment centre had also applied for the same role. The day was very challenging but once you get comfortable with the others it was really enjoyable. I was offered the position by phone call the next day.
