Was first emailed to fill out a quick questionnaire online, really relating to how you work in a team, what you would do in certain situations etc. Not sure if you could fail it, was very easy. Second stage was a skype interview, my interviewer mentioned they would be taking notes and not to be phased by that as the start. The interview consisted of very basic HR interview questions, none technical at this point. The interviewer seemed really disinterested, that they would ask a question bluntly, and kind of just jot down things for the entirety of your answer, with no feedback or follow ups. Was just a very blunt experience, hopefully just a one off. Asked for feedback and no response given.
