First there was a telephone interview that was relatively easy to pass and the lady gave me lots of prompts to help me say what was need. After being put on hold for a few minutes, she said I had passed the interview and I was invited to the group interview that week. I was interviewing for the Middlesbrough call centre and it's a little confusing about which door to go in to / how to get in, so get there early! The interview was a lot less daunting than I thought, it felt quite comfortable and pleasant. We listened in to some calls, had a presentation, spoke about ourselves a little, did a group activity then there was time to ask questions. We were told later that day whether we were successful or not.
