The interview process was structured & was scheduled prior to my arrival with the business head so I did not have to wait for a lengthy period of time as is with a lot of employers these days. I met with the business head who was more interested in knowing whether I was energetic enough to handle a high pressure high volume job role & my overall experience so that he could find the fit me in the best role possible.
