1. Screening Call with TA/Recruiter 2. Interview with Talent Acqusition Manager Very disappointing experience with BT. The interviewer arrived late to the interview and was not prepared with questions. I was only interviewed by the one individual, very unusual for a formal interview. I was also surprised given the organisation has ambitious D&I targets and feel bias can creep in. I was not expecting an offer given how the interview went however I expect communication with an outcome or feedback. I chased feedback from the recruiter who responded that I would receive feedback the following day. I then saw the same job readvertised later that day. Overall a very poor candidate experience.
