I completed the video interview which was a much simpler process than I thought as you are given time to think of an answer. I was successful in the interview and made it to the assessment center stage. They then sent a short email with a pathetic sorry months later saying they won't consider my application further as roles are filled up. I have never applied for a company where even when you make it to the final stage of the process, you are turned away. Horrible to put an applicant through a long recruitment process (3 stages), put them through the anxiety of waiting for a response to then turn them away, very very poor communication from the graduate recruitment team as well - they took months to reply to my email about changing my location.
