Lengthy, 4 interviews and no feedback at the end. Telephone interview, face to face interview with manager, competency based with manager and final interview with leadership. Didn't get a feel for culture but was very aware there were practically no women apart from on reception or cleaning.

Informal and competency based questions were asked
Good - asked all the questions relevant to BD position, there were 3 rounds - HR, Manager, and Dept Head. All 3 rounds were ok, but didn’t get through unfortunately. But I would say you need to prep properly before the interview and have some knowledge about telecoms

Interview
Combative and confrontational. Seemed more like a inquisition, but this could be down to the individual and not a reflection on the company itself. Had very little patience for the entire process.
