Interview
There is telephonic round, and written test and then face to face interview where they check if you sounds technical so they will hire you, But the problem is they always prefer a person with enough confidence and excellent communications.

Interview
Application, Skype Interview and then AC.
Ac split into 4 sections :
1. interview
2. group exercise
3. individual assignment - had to read a plane manual and then make notes so you explain to the assessors how to fly a plane (mainly key points)
4. VR test - 3 levels. First was logical and maths, second was doing the most exercises in set time limit (10 exercises) and third was a converybelt sorting shapes.
