I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at BTI Solutions (San Diego, CA) in Sep 2013
Interview
The interview process is very much a joke. They hire because of immediate need. Basically, the manager had a very hard time speaking English. He basically looked over my resume, asked a few questions just to confirm the qualifications the resume, discussed what he liked about it, and literally told me he was going to hire me. Bam. Easy. Done.
If you have the qualifications for their test engineer jobs, don't sweat about the interview process. At all.
