4 rounds:
1st is a video interview in which you answer general behavioral questions.
2nd is a super helpful call with a Consultant in which you actually get to ask them questions instead of them asking you.
3rd is a business case that is given to you one week prior to the interview, in which you need to showcase your skills as a consultant and solve the issue of the company with a 20 minute presentation + 20 minutes of behavioral and CV-related questions.
4th and final, an interview with the VP which is mostly behavioral and career related.
In the end, you get a call where they present you with an offer if succeeded.

Lovely interviewers, classic scenario of never hearing from them again after being told they'll get back to you next week. I first had a 45 min call with a consultant, focusing on behavioural aspects, followed by a presentation to the most senior member of the London Office. I was tasked with presenting a SWAT analysis for Airbus and after a productive conversation, I never heard back from them. No feedback, no replies from HR. They claim energetic and inclusive culture but they struggle email candidates back
