Applied online, got an email requesting a phone interview with HR within a week. Phone interview was just a screen to make sure salary, etc., was in line. On campus interview was friendly, conversational, not at all difficult.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Babson College in Oct 2022
Interview
HR virtual interview, then another virtual interview with the supervisor(s). 2nd HR interview after meeting with my supervisor. I interviewed in October, didn't start until January. It was too easy, I felt like I was being scammed but accepted because I needed a job. I didn't meet any of my supervisors until my third week at the institution. Then I learned that I interviewed on the third search for my role, six months later I understand why they couldnt fill it.
