Interview
Interviewed for Washington D.C. office, made it to final round, but didn't receive an offer. I was very positive about the Bain culture, but this was quite frankly the most unprofessional interview process I have ever experienced.
Every interview started 10-20 minutes late. They couldn't get video conferencing to work on their end, so they could see me, but I couldn't see them (awkward!). Then they read the graphs for the case study to me over the phone since their video wasn't working. Then they forgot to notify me that I made final round interviews (the recruiter emailed me two weeks after apologizing my interviewer never called me). For final round interviews, they didn't even tell me the time/details for two more weeks (one month after my first interview). When they finally emailed me, they wanted to interview within 24 hours and gave me a 3 hour time window to choose from. In my final round interviews, a partner drew graphs on a piece of paper and held them up to the camera for me to read (because he couldn't get video to work?). Again, every interview started 10-20 minutes late.
Overall, very disappointing experience. Stick to McKinsey or BSG if you can.

Question 1
Standard case interview, unstructured sort of company fit interview (every interviewer just asked me why consulting and why Bain).
Very long process. I heard that they relied heavily on seeing if we were able to use our feedback to improve throughout the rounds however because one of my interviews was running late I was not able to get any feedback to improve.
It was fine. The partner round interviews were less structured and much more difficult. Majority of my interviewers were really nice which made the process better than what I had anticipated.
2 rounds of interviews, each round consisting of 3 interviews with cases. In the first round 2 case interviews and 1 with HR. In the 2nd round you have 3 interviews with more senior profiles like managers and partners.
