I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bain & Company
Interview
Applied online but originally didnt get any invitation to apply. I reached out to one of the Managers and found out that they temporarily paused their hiring process. They were really nice and made sure I received interview invitation when they started hiring again.
The interview process was really efficient, consisted of about 4 case interviews. The cases were pretty standard - two PE cases, a market sizing case, and a profitability case. You have to completely nail each of the case to move forward because it wasnt particularly hard.
Fit questions are very standard as well. They only ask “why Bain” and the “tell me about yourself” question so make sure you have a really great story to tell.
Upon receiving offer everyone is extremely helpful to accommodate your needs and requirements and there is always people around that help you with the decision.
Very long process. I heard that they relied heavily on seeing if we were able to use our feedback to improve throughout the rounds however because one of my interviews was running late I was not able to get any feedback to improve.
It was fine. The partner round interviews were less structured and much more difficult. Majority of my interviewers were really nice which made the process better than what I had anticipated.
2 rounds of interviews, each round consisting of 3 interviews with cases. In the first round 2 case interviews and 1 with HR. In the 2nd round you have 3 interviews with more senior profiles like managers and partners.
